Books and other things

So today Mom and I spent the day out running around. First we took the van in to get it like fixed or something, while we had breakfast at Bob Evans. Then we went to Fashion Bug and were looking for a shirt for me for my cousin's wedding. Then we went to Avenue and did the same. After we were done with that we had to go and I got a check-up at our doctor's office, they had to take blood, and ya know that's always fun [insert sarcasm here].

After the doctors we went to the library in Hilliard which is SO much better than the Gahanna library. I love how they do the library system here, all the libraries pretty much in the same county are connected because they're branches of the Columbus Metropolitan library. I got a few books that sounded interesting, one thing that annoys me is that I always end up going back to the teen section. Teen books just approach sci-fi and especially fantasy better than adult fiction. But ah well. Currently I'm finishing up and interesting and witty book called 'Admissions' by Nancy Lieberman. It's a great book all about Manhattan private school admissions.

But anyway, so then we headed to Dave and Busters and ate and played, then we went to half-price books where I picked up the fourth book in the sisterhood of the traveling pants series. I know its cheesy but I have to finish a series I started. I also got another teen book that sounded interesting. *shrug*

After that we went to the nutrition store and got some low-carb foods. Then I came home, took a nap, and woke up about 20 minutes ago. Now I'm nursing a Smirnoff Grape and enjoying the desk fan.

Oh man, today was like crazy all over, but it wasn't too bad. I'm really really tired, but I think that's because of how I only had like 3 hours of sleep last night. *shrug* Anyway, thats really all I have to say for now.

I so need to get the ball rolling and finish commenting poisontaster's 'The Killing Moon' I think I'm about 2/3 or halfway done, but still a ways to go. Anywho I'm off.
