Lost Finale

Okay, so Desmond's girlfriend put a tracker on his boat before he left. Three years ago the tracker disappeared off course and off the radar. The White Out/Fail safe caused the magnetic bubble (magnetic field) to disperse, thus allowing electronic signals to be tracked and sent again.

I'm thinking that Dharma couldn't find the island. Like when the magnet and the whole experiment was put in place, the magnetic bubble that built up from releasing the extra ions sort of sheltered the island and made it impossible to track/get back to. So that's why no one has been rescued.

The magnetic bubble is caused by extra magnetic energy being released each time the button is pushed. The magnetic bubble scrambled all the electronic signals and compasses.

I totally called it, the magnetic bubble is totally to blame.

Why Jack, Kate, & Sawyer? Why them?

The writers totally killed off Libby just so Desmond and her wouldn't meet again.

Locke is an ass.

In the words of hammil77: omgwtffoot!?

Walt & Michael just sailing off into the sunset? Umm yeah, not gonna happen.
