F*#%ING DOG!

Ok, So The people I work for, their dog got loose today.

I had gone outside to tell Helena that she could play in a friends house, and then I came inside. A couple minutes goes by and CJ and I hear the door open, it's Helena. So the dog runs to Helena and I ask Helena something. I get up and CJ and I walk toward the door (we can't see it) CJ asks her something and she doesn't answer so we're both like 'Helena?'

Go around the corner and there is no Helena, door is standing wide open-the wind blew it. The dog is also gone.

I run out to try and see the dog and I don't see anything. Helena and her friend Jessie are running in Jessie's yard and they go flying around the corner. I can't tell if it's because of the dog or a game.

So I call the dog's name and then take off for Jessie's yard, figuring that's what the girls were after. I see them halfway down the street walking, looking for the dog. If they had seen him, they would be running, so I head in another direction(but generally the same one) to look for him.

So I'm looking and Jessie runs up and yells that he's over by this park. So I ask her to run home and get the leash and I head over to the park. Helena is walking down the street from the park bawling her eyes out cause the dog ran across a major road and into another neighborhood.

Well cars are honking and turning onto the street and I don't know what to do. Then out of no where Bandit comes flying down the street past us, dodging and sniffing and peeing on stuff. So Helena and I can't come within 5 feet of him and we're going in between houses. I'm dying of breath and then he crosses the street to go behind some houses and back to the park. So then I don't know what to do. This previous part happend in the space of about 8 minutes.

I have 6 year old CJ home alone, me and Helena with the dog, and he could be into an entirely different neighborhood by now.

So then Jessie comes running up, with the leash I thank her and she runs home. I make the descision to try and keep the dog in my sights, at least for another few minutes and we cross the street. So He's back near the park and people's backyards darting and sniffing and peeing and he won't let us catch him. Helena and I both get close, but we can't. So finally he runs around to the front of the houses, we follow and we can't catch him. He then runs down the street and into the dad's arms. The dad just got home from work.

So then I'm trying not to die of lack of oxygen and I now feel like an idiot.

The dad then shows us how to properly shut the fucked up door that won't close, and I try not to feel guiltier.

All in all, I am tired and it was a pretty f-ed up day.

*sigh*

Then Mom and I went to dinner and talked about food and college.

We are going to Dayton on Sunday to stay and check out the campus. It will be fun and tiring, so I won't be here until late Monday.

On another rant-y type note, I am so sick of people giving me advice and telling me stuff that I already know. I'm just getting more stressed about it and I can't stand it. I just need a mental break. Hopefully college will do that.

It's a sad thing when College life looks easy. (Note: Compared to babysitting a 6 year old, 7 year old, and a dog.)

That was my odd and annoying day.

*sigh*
